1Win Registration and Login Guide in Uganda

1Win sign-up process has 2 quick methods. After reading the account creation steps for both methods, you can decide which one is best for you.

To avoid misunderstandings, 1Win account blocking, or loss of access to the platform in the future, read the basic rules for creating a profile:

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old by registering;
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 1Win login information. You should not disclose this information to third parties;
• Each user can have only one personal account. Creating two accounts is not allowed;
• To better protect your profile, you need to come up with a complex password.

To gain full access to all platform features, you must go through the 1Win verification process:

1. Click on the “Login” button. Log in to your account.
2. Contact customer support.
3. Provide them with a photo of valid documents. This could be a passport, ID card, driver’s license, bank account, or utility bill.
4. Please wait while our staff checks your documents and verifies your account.

If you have registered on the platform before, you just need to log into your old account:

1. Press the gray “Login” button to initiate the sign-in process.
2. Enter your email or phone number that you used to register, then enter your password.
3. Double-check the information you entered and click on the blue “Login” button.

It is worth mentioning that you can also log in via social networks if you used them when registering. In the login window, simply select the social network you need.

If you have lost access to your account, you need to do this:

1. In the login window, click on “Forgot your password?”.
2. Enter the phone number or email address associated with your profile and click “Send”.
3. Follow the instructions in the message or email to restore access.
